3. Products & Services

We provide products including but not limited to: LED signboards, LED scrolling boards, video walls, lightboxes, neon signs, and MPCB/CPCB boards. Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary based on customization or display settings. All specifications and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Marvel Lights reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. Full payment is required to process and dispatch an order. Payment methods are securely handled through trusted third-party gateways.

5. Custom Orders

Customised or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started. Customers are responsible for verifying design specifications and approvals. Errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Marvel Lights.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched as per estimated timelines. Delays due to third-party logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery. Expected shipping and delivery time is 1 to 15 days depends on above mensioned circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Marvel Lights will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
